With the holidays just around the corner, it seems as though communities everywhere are putting together their own tree lighting ceremonies, or planning some local holiday festivities! One of the more popular Washington festivals is the annual tree lighting festival in Leavenworth! This small town always draws a large crowd for it's quaint German appearance and delicious cuisine, however it looks especially festive when decked out for the holidays with snow on the ground, and carols in the air!

You can find out more about this wonderful event at the link below, and it will be running Fridays and Saturdays all month long in December!

Although Leavebworth is a bit of a drive from Issaquah, the trip is definitely worth it, and who knows, maybe we'll even see you there!
